A minimum of 30% deposit is due upon signature of your contract for catering services. If your
event is booked less than 30 days prior to the event, payment equal to 50% of the total estimated charges is required. Deposits
will be applied to the total balance for your event, however please note that deposits are non-refundable.
Seven days prior to your event, the guaranteed number of attendees for your event shall be given. Your
estimated total is based on this number, and at this time the balance for this number of guests shall be paid in
full in the form of guaranteed funds (cash, company check, or money order). Please note that should there
be additional guests on the day of your event greater than guaranteed, you will be subject to additional per person charges. All
prices are subject to an 15 % service charge, and applicable sales tax.
